Shipping & Delivery Policy

MILLENIUM® Welding & Cutting Equipments, manufactured by AK Engineering, is engaged in the manufacturing and supply of industrial welding, cutting, gas regulation and related equipment. We supply our products to customers, dealers, distributors and industrial buyers across India.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed after confirmation of the order and receipt of the required payment, advance payment, or other agreed commercial terms.
Products that are available in ready stock are generally processed for dispatch at the earliest possible time. For products that are not immediately available, the expected availability and dispatch schedule will be communicated to the customer before or at the time of order confirmation.
Processing and dispatch timelines may vary depending on product availability, order quantity, customization requirements and the destination.
2. Shipping & Delivery
MILLENIUM® supplies products across India through suitable transport, courier, logistics or other delivery partners depending on the product, quantity and delivery location.
The estimated delivery time depends on:
- Product availability and stock status
- Quantity ordered
- Delivery location
- Transport or courier service selected
- Availability of transportation services
- Public holidays, weekends or unforeseen delays
The expected dispatch and delivery details will be communicated to the customer as applicable.
Delivery timelines provided by MILLENIUM® are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including transportation delays, natural events, strikes, government restrictions, carrier delays or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Pan-India Delivery
We accept orders for delivery across India, subject to product availability and serviceability of the destination.
For bulk, industrial, dealer or distributor orders, transportation arrangements may be discussed and agreed separately based on the order quantity and delivery location.
4. Shipping Charges & Freight
Shipping, transportation or freight charges, where applicable, will depend on the product, quantity, packaging requirements and delivery location.
The applicable shipping or freight charges will be communicated to the customer before order confirmation or as part of the quotation.
For business-to-business, bulk or distributor orders, freight terms may be mutually agreed between MILLENIUM® and the customer.
5. Order Dispatch
Before dispatch, products are checked and packed appropriately according to the nature of the product and order requirements.
Once an order has been dispatched, the customer may be provided with available transport, courier, consignment or shipment details, as applicable.
Customers are requested to ensure that the delivery address, contact number and other required shipping information provided at the time of order are accurate.
6. Delivery Inspection
Customers are advised to inspect the package and products upon delivery.
If the package appears to be seriously damaged, opened or tampered with during transportation, the customer should notify the delivery/transport provider and contact MILLENIUM® as soon as possible with relevant details and photographs, where available.
Any issue relating to a manufacturing defect will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy / Replacement Policy.
7. Delayed or Undelivered Orders
If an order is delayed or cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, unavailable recipient, transportation issue or other circumstances attributable to the customer, additional delivery or transportation charges may apply where applicable.
If an order is delayed due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, we will make reasonable efforts to coordinate with the relevant transport or delivery provider and assist the customer.
8. Bulk, Dealer & Distributor Orders
For bulk orders, dealer orders and distributor orders, dispatch schedules, transportation arrangements, freight terms and delivery timelines may be agreed separately based on the quantity, destination, stock availability and commercial terms.
Such terms will be communicated to the customer as part of the quotation or order confirmation.
